Job Description:
- To make this possible client collects terabytes of data across all aspects of its operations from genome sequencing crop field trials manufacturing supply chain financial transactions and everything in between.
- There is an enormous need and potential here to do something that has never been done before.
- We need great people to help enable the transformation of these complex scientific datasets into actionable insights to accelerate the pace and quality of all crop system development decisions to unbelievable levels.
What you will do is why you should join us:
- Work with toplevel talent solving a wide range of complex and unique challenges that have real world impact.
- Navigate cloud application logs to understand ecosystem health and proactively troubleshoot issues
- Triage production issues and collaborate across teams to provide timely customer support
- Ensure platform success through understanding of subject matter expertise across IT and business partners to provide user insight and perspective and create opportunities for engagement across all parts of the digital product lifecycle
- Drive user adoption to achieve business outcomes through successful deployment training documentation and measurement of digital products
- Deliver customer centric solutions by aligning both business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders both internationally and across business units including statisticians scientists and other product users
- Project your talent into relevant projects. Strength of ideas trumps position on an org chart
To be impactful you should have:
- Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience as a product manager product specialist business analyst quality assurance or similar role Or minimum 8 years of equivalent industry experience in a similar role
- 2 years experience in agile software delivery & familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong skill w/ SQL and familiarity making API calls through tools like Postman
- Comfort representing knowledge specific to your domain in the context of the complete ecosystem
- Strong technical and nontechnical communication problem solving and decisionmaking skills
Bonus points for:
- Experience with cloudbased infrastructure on a major cloud provider like AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience working with statistical analysis experimental design scientific datasets or applying quantitative science to business problems
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and collaborate across a crossfunctional team
