Job Description
Role: Design and drafting support
Duration: Fulltime
Location: Santa Monica CA/Santa Clara CA onsite
Project Need:
Design and drafting support to R&D engineers and designers) in conceptual layout and detail design of various military connectors and mechanical subsystems and components tooling fixtures test apparatus and related documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
o Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution is required.
o Minimum 510 years of Design Engineering within a New product Development in manufacturing/operations environment.
o Must be US Citizen or Green card holder to work on ITAR projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience in aerospace new product designs.
o Strong understanding of Drafting/Drawing and related standards.
o Proficiency in operating CAD packages.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written with ability to make necessary status reports and technical presentations to Eaton management.
