Technical/Functional Skills
Experience supporting Senior Leadership Team (VP CIO CFO and CEO)
Good troubleshooting skills in Microsoft technologies Windows Teams (widely used) conference rooms & IOS devices.
Roles & Responsibilities
With strong customer service Pedigree
Dedicated VIP level support
Provide dedicated VIP support to around 40 Senior Execs
Support and manage around 30 TEAMs conference rooms.
Supporting board room meetings including quarterly meeting etc
AV proactive monitoring and coordinating with EA of Execs
