As a Test Engineer you will:

• Perform independent testing verification and validation on systems in line with the agreed Chief Quality Office (CQO) quality management system and the processes and procedures.
  
• Participate in meetings with projects and contractors regarding testing.
  
• Develop appropriate test verification and validation approaches including witness testing and manual functional and nonfunctional testing where applicable.
  
• Develop test plans and test cases.
  
• Review test plans and test cases provided by suppliers and contractors.
  
• Install and configure Windows and/or Linuxbased applications in support of testing activities.
  
• Verify systems readiness for systems installed by suppliers and contractors.
  
• Execute test cases against Windows and/or Linuxbased applications.
  
• Write comprehensive test reports.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3 years of experience with the design development and execution of test cases to ensure that systems fulfill the acceptance criteria and deliver the predicted business benefits.
  
• 3 years of experience with analysis of and reporting on test activities test results issues and risks.
  
• 2 years of experience attending test reviews and providing feedback on testing scope.
  
• 3 years of experience with manual testing of softwarebased applications.
  
• 3 years of experience with installation and configuration of softwarebased applications.
  
• 1 year of Microsoft Windows administration experience.
  
• 1 year of domain knowledge specifically in DNS Group Policy and managed machines in a domain.
  
• 1 year of Linux administration experience.
  
• 2 years of experience with using cloud infrastructures such as AWS Azure and VMware.
  
• 2 years of experience with test management tools such as Jira Zephyr TestRail HPALM or equivalent.
  

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Collaborate effectively with project teams and contractors.
  
• Develop and review comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  
• Install and configure software applications on both Windows and Linux platforms.
  
• Conduct thorough and precise manual testing.
  
• Produce detailed and accurate test reports.
