Senior People Business Partner

Our client seeks a highly experienced and dynamic Senior People Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role you will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys overall goals and objectives. You will also serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to the senior leadership team providing guidance and support on all peoplerelated matters.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the companys overall goals and objectives
Partner with senior leadership and managers to understand business needs and provide guidance on peoplerelated matters
Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to leadership on all HRrelated issues
Lead and manage employee relations including performance management employee development and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
Manage and maintain HRIS system and employee records
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support companywide initiatives and projects
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to improve and enhance HR processes and programs continuously

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a senior HR role
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
HR Manufacturing experience
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
Experience in managing employee relations performance management and conflict resolution
Ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and serve as a trusted advisor
