Job Description

The Marketing Specialist will support the Sales and Marketing Manager in executing effective marketing strategies marketing campaigns and ensuring smooth daily operations within the marketing department. He/She will play a key role in coordinating marketing initiatives executing marketing plans and providing insights to enhance marketing performance and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research surveys and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing materials social media and the company website.
  • Organize and oversee company events exhibitions and promotional activities.
  • Assist in managing SEO lead generation and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing performance data market research and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Handles other marketing tasks assigned by Marketing Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles market research and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms including SEO and social media.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and basic graphic design skills.


Key Skills & Core Competencies

  • Knowledge in marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and basic graphic design skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing data.
  • Adaptability to changing market trends and conditions.
  • English language is a must.
