• Advise technical departments on the selection of suitable software or license components, on the basis of cost and benefit calculations for individual and project requirements
• In order to achieve the highest possible savings and to mitigate risks, you will prepare and independently conduct negotiations with small to medium purchasing volumes.
• You will also conduct framework contract negotiations with national and international service providers
• Close collaboration with the global commodity manager to ensure the strategy implementation
• You will work closely with the legal department, other Siemens Purchasing organizations and other functions (e.g. Data Protection, Information/Cyber Security)
• Data analysis of existing licenses and data maintenance in the existing tools
