The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting and facilitating the planning coordination and execution of IT projects.
This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Develop project plans outlining scope goals deliverables timelines and resource requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and establish project schedules.
Facilitate communication between development teams and designers.
Schedule and conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress issues and upcoming tasks.
Provide timely updates to the project manager on project status and key milestones.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with team leads to ensure that team members are appropriately assigned to tasks.
Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of highquality websites and software.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans meeting minutes and status reports.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
