The Nurse Supervisor position requires a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a preference for a BSN. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant clinical experience and expertise in a management role. Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills are essential along with the ability to provide quality patient care and work well in stressful situations. Current NYS RN license BLS certification and IV certification within six months of employment are also required. The guaranteed hours for this role are biweekly with 72hour guaranteed shifts for 12hour shifts and 80hour guaranteed shifts for 8hour shifts.
