Building Operator
An experienced Building Operator is required for a Real Estate organization in Downtown Ottawa. Building Operators are responsible for performing routine preventative and adhoc maintenance activities on a daily basis on the building and site equipment in a timely and costefficient manner to ensure uninterrupted performance of all building systems and programs.

Compensation

Salary of $60000 $70000 depending on experience level

Schedule

Day shift: Monday Friday 9am5pm

Must be flexible outside working hours

The Building Operator will be responsible for general building maintenance fixing HVAC light plumbing emergency systems tenant services and construction services. Experience with YARDI is considered as asset. Successful completion of the Building Environment Systems Operator Class 1& 2. Minimum of 25 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
