Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Sofia. As a Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our Germanspeaking clients providing them with excellent service and support. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel enjoys helping people and is eager to develop their career in a customeroriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls emails and chat inquiries from Germanspeaking customers.
  • Assist clients with their travel inquiries reservations and booking modifications.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our travel products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Record and manage customer information in the companys database.
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous but not required.
