Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our lively team in Sofia. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Germanspeaking customers providing them with superior service and support. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for travel a knack for helping others and a desire to grow in a customerfocused role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls emails and chat messages from Germanspeaking customers.
• Assist clients with travelrelated inquiries reservations and booking adjustments.
• Provide comprehensive information on our travel products and services.
• Address customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Stay informed about company products services and policies.
• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company database.
• Engage in training sessions and continuous professional development.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent German speaker (written and spoken).
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
• Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
