Description
Day to Day Responsibilities
Assist and collaborate with hiring managers to provide timely updates on candidate progress and facilitate effective communication between the recruiting team and hiring managers.
Interact with candidates and stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy.
Assist in scheduling interviews contacting candidates and coordinating interviews ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Maintain a wellorganized and accurate applicant tracking system by documenting all relevant recruiting activities.
Act as a point of contact for candidates facilitating communication between recruiters and candidates answering questions and providing necessary information.
Monitor and track candidate expenses ensuring timely submission of expense reports and processing reimbursement requests in accordance with company policies.
Assist the candidate and travel agency to arrange travel accommodations for candidates ensuring a smooth and seamless travel experience when required.
Support the team in identifying potential candidates through various channels and participate in outreach activities such as networking events social media engagement and referrals. Assist in coordination of events including coordination booth setup and candidate engagement.
Distribute surveys to candidates or employees as directed by the recruiting team collect responses and compile data for analysis and reporting purposes.
Assist with additional recruitingrelated tasks and projects based on availability.
Required Skills
1. Proficient in use of Microsoft Tools: Outlook Excel
2. Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Preferred Skills
1. Experience scheduling
2. Highly organized
3. Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Disqualifiers/ Dislikes on Resumes: No customer service experience.
Education Requirements: High School
Software Skills Required: Outlook navigation/organization Excel proficiency where very little training is needed.
