Job Title: ServiceNow Work Space Delivery Architect
Location: Mississauga ON(Remote)
Duration: Contract
Pay rate: $85hr Max
ServiceNow Work Space Delivery Architect
Minimum 715 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in enterprisewide multitier ServiceNow production environment.
Ability to conduct / lead/plan requirement gathering work shops
You will be responsible for delivering outofthebox solutions like WSD Workplace Service Delivery.
Technical Implementation: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements and industry best practices. Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions ensuring adherence to best practices and overseeing complex scripting and configurations.
Data Migration: Facilitate and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow ensuring accuracy and consistency. Validate and strategize data migration to optimize ServiceNow data structures.
At least 7 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer / Dev lead
Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts JSON.
Excellent / advance understanding and ability to script automated processes.
Agile Scrum methodology Experience
Handson experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
Handson experience on building Custom Application
Solid knowledge of JavaScript HTML CSS.
Portal Scripting in Angular JS
CSS based UX/UI design & development
Understanding of Angular based Client side & Serverside scripts
Client Side and ServerSide Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc.
Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow Glide Form GlideAggregate GlideRecord etc.
Handson experience in ITSM Service Level Management Service Catalog Release Management Asset Management CMDB Event Management Orchestration Active Directory integration B2B Integration and Virtual Agent.
Excellent time management organizational skills crisis management and problemsolving skills are essentials
Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills
Ensures information is accurate and complete Selfmotivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration
Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams
