Job Duties and Responsibilities

Architect design and implement Oktabased IAM solutions across workforce identity ensuring secure and efficient access for onpremise and cloudbased applications and resources.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of IAM concepts and architecture around SSO federation identity governance privileged access management.
Experience with Okta Identity Governance (OIG) and OKTA Workflows is a must. Develop/deploy new workflows for implementing user life cycle.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity federation SSO SAML OAuth OIDC MFA rolebased access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
Development using NodeJS ReactJS JavaScript HTML DevOps REST APIs SQL
OKTA Identity & Access Management with threat detection knowledge involving responsibilities related to maintaining identity management programs architecture and standards for delivering enterprisewide identity services. Proactively identify potential threats exploit attempts and other security events related to Directory Services and IAM.
Make recommendations and/or take action to mitigate these issues as appropriate. Actively contribute to and participate in security incident response as needed.
Person responsible for managing user accounts permissions access controls monitoring security incidents collaborating with departments to ensure secure access security protocols scripting languages other IAM tools and staying updated on industry trends.
Extensive handson knowledge of identity and access management best practices procedures and software solutions

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or Computer Science
Handson experience in demonstrating OKTA Policies & Functions.
Experience with NIST and other industry standards.

Requires explaining technical aspects to simple terminologies for other teams to understand.
Requires a wellorganized and persuasive individual who can manage multiple priorities at once
Must have good meeting management presentation and communication skills to keep conversations focused and productive.
Must be selfdriven; able to manage schedules meet deadlines coordinate with others and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to work with a diverse audience under tight deadlines and negotiate successful outcomes to challenging problems.
Superior communication skills with the ability to ask questions escalate roadblocks early and interact effectively at multiple levels in the organization
Solid working knowledge of information security concepts and controls

Other Qualifications:

Professional certification (Okta Certification) is a plus.
