Job Title: Sr. Director US Partner Relationships

RATES: $92 Hourly
Responsibilities
As the Senior Director of US Partner Relationships you will oversee all strategy related to releases and promotions from partner providers rooted in publishing education and entertainment.
This role strategically leads and oversees our largest partnerships including content creation client management marketing and promotion and amplifying the clients brand. The right candidate will utilize deep content knowledge and partnerships experience to influence and maintain our relationships with publishing partners by impacting and making business decisions leading a team and undertaking creative solution finding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the execution of all key providers content releases ensuring that we are driving sales and listening of these top priorities through creative marketing strong internal collaboration and solid external partnership management.
Oversee partnerships with large publishing partners ensuring marketing initiatives gain support both internally and externally to feature content in marketing campaigns across client and author platforms.
Serve as the goto expert on all hightouch partnerships both internally and externally and identifying opportunities for further growth for all parties.
Attend all quarterly business reviews and partner updates to ensure we are achieving goals and growth as a result of these partnerships.
Work closely with the Publisher Partnerships team to align on goals for partnerships find efficiencies and resolve any issues.
Ensure there is cohesion across the organization when it comes to partner/publisher relationships globally as necessary and applicable.
Manage a Manager and oversee management of an Associate Manager and Specialist.
Special projects as assigned by the Head of Partner Relationships North America to facilitate the teams smooth operation.
Lead the content partnership with The Teaching Company working closely with Editorial on the creation distribution and promotion of client Original Great Courses.
Serve as the Program Director for the client Podcast Development Program
Establish and maintain the business and operational plan for the Development Program from the ground upfrom outreach for submissions landing page development to the selection of grant recipients
Manage budget and operations and outputs of the Program
Work crossfunctionally with Programming Studios Editorial Merchandising Content and Creator Marketing and more to ensure success of the program and the content.
Recruit storytellers to produce premium podcast content from undiscovered to emerging talent in line with clients content strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree required
10 years of experience in related fields (entertainment media or publishing)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in client management
Detailoriented and a strong decision maker
Comfortable with highvolume throughput
Thrive in a highenergy highintensity and rapidly evolving environment
Highly collaborative with teams and individuals across the institution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience from networks studios publishers or tech giants/startups
Talent management
Both datadriven and creative
Marketing or PR experience
A love of audio entertainment
