Position: MS Dynamic 365 Product owner/Manager
Location: Hybrid/ Redmond WA/Seattle 3 days a week.

Job Description:
Product Ownership of ERP and EDI applications.
Stay currently informed on D365 F&O ERP and EDI upcoming features/functionality/updates to formulate and manage.
a roadmap for improvements/enhancements.
Regularly meeting with Business Customer Departments to understand system pain points and needs. Research think.
creatively and propose ideas for addressing pain points meeting needs and growing functionality and capabilities.
aligned with the roadmap.
- Mentor and manage the ERP and EDI Application teams within Technology.
- Manage support operations for ERP & EDI functions both internally and with external AMS
- Nurture strong relationships with our customers throughout the business through consistent product delivery and clear communications.
- Assume ownership of operations and service delivery of the ERP managing uptime SLAs the level of customization within the ERP required to facilitate business processes SLDC of all customizations appropriate documentation and architectural design with the goal of ensuring platform scalability and enterprise resiliency.
- Assume ownership of operations and service delivery of the Concur web store and Warehouse Management System (WMS) areas of the ERP.
- Foster a collaborative culture of trust accountability and performance empowering reach their potential.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
- 6 years of functional system experience in ERP and EDI.
- Current knowledge of D365 systems deployment and integration.
- 4 years experience directly managing a team of 3 employees. Preferably multiple teams.
- Experience in ERP Implementation is a plus.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook PowerPoint Excel) DevOps and CRM / Service Deck Ticketing Software.
- Powerusers in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables).
- Great with PowerPoint building professional onbrand presentations.
- Demonstrated the ability to take full advantage of personal strengths and compensate for weaknesses.
- Communicates ideas and information in a form well matched to and wellreceived by the audience.
- Able to provide timely constructive feedback and coaching that facilitates improvement and builds selfesteem in employees.
- Ability to develop measurable goals and objectives with general guidance from the manager.
- Motivates team members and pulls the team together to accomplish goals.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.
- Ability to travel up to 5% occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.
