Project Management Intern

Job Brief:

Can you effectively coordinate plan monitor and deliver specific projects on schedule Are you ambitious and goaloriented Then this might be the role for you!


Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives project scope roles & responsibilities.

• Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation both internal and third party.

• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones workstreams & activities.

• Manage delivery of the project according to this plan.

• Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.

• Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope schedule and / or budget.

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.

• Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

• Collaborate with manage and guide a team of designers and developers through a project.

• Outline the duties of each team member participating in the project.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.

• Good time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Extremely trustworthy with a deep understanding of confidentiality NDA and corporate etiquette.

• High emotional intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher is good to have but your skill level is more important and preferred.

• Knowledge of project management methodology and tools Scrum and Agile is a plus.

• Candidates must have completed one of Brave Achievers Design and Generative AI Bootcamp.
