This opportunity has arisen due to our rapid expansion across Wolverhampton we are looking to separate the current branch by locations covered between the vastly experienced current Care Manager and the prospective new Care Manager.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to lead an experienced team as a lead provider under a formal longstanding Local Authority contract shaping service delivery in the best interests of clients and overseeing considerable growth for years to come.

Requirements
The role of Care Manager is among the most challenging but rewarding within the company. The opportunity to mold a service with the help and guidance of a vastly experienced Board of Directors and Head of Care Service along with robust structures of policies procedures and practices already in place.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the day to day running of the business.
- Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home care to customers within budget.
- Manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
- Monitor and maintain the compliance and quality of the branch against the standards set by the parent company liaising with CQC where required with the support initially from the Head of Care Service.

Responsibilities Community Care Workers are required to undertake various tasks for clients such as washing, dressing, preparing meals, administering medication, companionship, and general assistance with everyday living for those who are unable to manage these themselves physically.
