Prosegur Change are now opening several new branches at Changi Airport and therefore looking for an Compliance Manager.

Job Description:

As the Compliance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that we operate within legal and regulatory frameworks while adhering to internal policies and industry standards. Your primary role is to mitigate risks maintain ethical business practices and uphold the integrity of Prosegur Change.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation is fully compliant with local AML regulations and work with local authorities to provide requirements.
  
• Complete all KYC requirements to ensure the operation is fully compliant.
  
• In conjunction with the Global Head of Compliance identify and facilitate solutions for development needs within policies guidelines procedures systems and processes.
  
• Ensure policies and procedures are well understood and respected by all employees and that the company is complying with all regulatory requirements.
  
• Encourage managers and employees to report AML issues and suspected fraud.
  
• Provide guidance advice and/or training to improve business understanding of related laws and regulatory requirements.
  
• Provide direction and support in annual compliance risk assessments.
  
• Keep up to date with own knowledge of regulatory requirements both internally and externally through attending training and maintaining continuous professional development.
  
• Coordinate internal compliance review and monitoring activities including periodic reviews.
  
• Complete compliance related action points resulting from internal or external audits.
  
• Facilitate annual regulatory risk assessment and provide senior management with recommendations based on the results.
  
• Independently investigate and acting on matters related to compliance.
  
• Interact with regulators on compliance issues.
  
• Guarantee that compliance visits empower managers and staff to deliver unparalleled customer service and satisfaction.
  
• Foster effective communication with directors senior management colleagues and junior staff within the airport.
  
• Exercise care and sensitivity when communicating with various levels of management and staff.
  
• Ensure operational compliance with legal financial AML insurance and security & health & safety policies globally.
  
• Lead or support new and adhoc projects providing support to all employees when required.
• Undertake any other duties deemed essential for effective operations and services as required.

Requirements:

• The ability to speak good English and be of good character and integrity.
• Proven experience in compliance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of AML KYC and operational policies.

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days including weekend and evenings

Eligibility:

• Must be eligible to work fulltime in Singapore.
