Are you an expert in Google Ads Meta Ads Shopping Analytics YouTube and Display Do you have a knack for managing largescale budgets and a passion for ecommerce If so we want you to lead our performance marketing efforts and drive our online success!

Job Mission

Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize cuttingedge ecommerce marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful analysis and comprehensive reports on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Innovation: Pioneer innovative strategies that transform and elevate the industry.

Collaboration: Partner with the Head of Digital Growth (Performance Marketing) and crossfunctional teams to synchronize marketing efforts with business goals.

    Ideal Profile

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
    • Experience managing 67 figure monthly budgets.
    • Strong ecommerce background with a successful track record.
    • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal. Nativelevel proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is highly desirable.
    • Remote and international work experience.

    • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing plans.
    • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    Skills

    • Proficiency in Google Ads Meta Ads Shopping Analytics YouTube and Display.
    • Expertise in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Ability to work autonomously with exceptional selfmanagement multitasking and prioritization skills maintaining efficiency under tight deadlines.
