Workers’ Compensation Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE
Los Angelesbased client is seeking a temporary Human Resources Coordinator to assist with duties related to Workers Compensation for the company. This is a fully onsite role with an hourly pay rate between $25$30 depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opportunity please attach your resume.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Complete all required reports and materials that pertain to Workers Compensation
- Complete weekly safety logs and and wage statements as needed
- Communicate effectively with insurance carriers as needed
- Provide support for benefits processing
- Administrative tasks and other duties including: recruiting answering employee inquiries and scheduling meetings/interviews
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Prior experience working with Workers Compensation required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Experience using Workday software preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
