Tasks

We are looking for a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer at Faircado you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive our mission forward. Your work will directly impact how consumers interact with our platform making sustainable shopping easy attractive and obvious.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for Faircados browser extension web platforms and app.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and marketers to ensure cohesive and compelling user experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and incorporate them into your work.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in UX/UI design of apps preferably with a focus on ecommerce or tech startups.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and process.
• Excellent understanding of usercentred design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with user research wireframing prototyping and usability testing.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and rationale clearly and effectively.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.
