Senior Operations Excellence Manager all genders

Your role

Sunday Natural has an exciting opportunity for you to lead the establishment of a new warehouse facility abroad playing a pivotal role in our companys expansion and operational excellence. As S enior Operations Excellence Manager you will be a key member of our team you will have the chance to shape the future of our logistics and distribution capabilities ensuring that our supply chain remains robust efficient and scalable. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of international operations from market research and location selection to compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

• Lead the endtoend project to establish a new warehouse facility abroad (e.g. Belgium or Netherlands)
• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan including budgeting timelines and resource allocation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including logistics procurement legal and local authorities
• Conduct market research to identify suitable locations negotiate leases and oversee the facilitys adjustments
• Establish robust cross border inventory management and distribution processes to optimize supply chain operations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and make datadriven decisions to ensure successful project completion
• Establish standard processes and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and continuously improve warehouse operations
• Report regularly to lead and management on project status and key milestones

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in business or engineering a Masters degree is a plus
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in project management with a track record of successfully leading complex projects preferably in setting up warehouses
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders
• A selfstarter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently combined with strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities
• Fluency in English is required and proficiency in French is a plus
