Job Description:

As an Operations Research Scientist in our team you will play a pivotal role in refining and enhancing various facets of supply chain operations. Leveraging advanced analytical methodologies mathematical modeling and adept problemsolving prowess you will collaborate closely with clients spanning diverse sectors such as Retail CPG and Industrial. Your primary responsibility will involve crafting decisionmaking tools and bolstering operational efficiencies across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mathematical Modeling: Design and deploy intricate mathematical models and algorithms to tackle complex operational challenges.
• Multiobjective Optimization: Navigate supply chain complexities by adeptly balancing multiple competing objectives factoring in cost service levels and sustainability.
• Metaheuristics Algorithms: Showcase proficiency in devising and executing metaheuristics algorithms like genetic algorithms simulated annealing tabu search and particle swarm optimization to tackle intricate supply chain optimization puzzles.
• Supply Chain Modeling: Demonstrate expertise in sculpting supply chain networks encompassing inventory management demand projection production scheduling and logistics employing mathematical and optimization paradigms.
• Domain Knowledge: Possess a profound comprehension of industryspecific supply chain hurdles and best practices particularly within the retail landscape.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Exhibit strong collaborative aptitude to liaise effectively with supply chain logistics procurement and operations teams in implementing optimization solutions.
• Optimization Software: Utilize specialized optimization software tools such as Gurobi CPLEX Google ORTools Pyomo PuLP and Lingo to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Model Validation: Employ rigorous validation techniques to refine models ensuring their accuracy and reliability in realworld scenarios.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Masters or Ph.D. degree in Operations Research Industrial Engineering Mathematics or a related field
