Job Summary:

As a Service BDC Representative you will manage customer inquiries schedule service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Pass preemployment drug and background tests
