Upper GI Endoscopy with biopsy foreign body removal fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser) injection of varices
Lower GI Endoscopy: Sigmoidoscopy Flexible Rigid
Colonoscopy: biopsy excision of polyp
Trauma Level: III
Other Info:
Provider will responsible for communicating biopsy results for all procedures to the patient directly or routed through the designated clinic MA.

Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active WA License or IMLC
BC/BE
