Mix of Solo cases and supervision
Medical Supervision ratio is 1:2 (some 1:3)
Occasional resident didactic lectures are an option
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active VT License
BC/BE
BLS ACLS; PALS (If interested in PEDS under 8 yrs)
