Key Responsibilities:


Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions troubleshooting problems and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.

Accurately document user s information in ticketing system during and after each call.

Properly diagnose issues and route unresolved issues to the next level of support.

Maintenance troubleshooting and problemsolving of hardware and software.

Responsible for the performance of incident management including coordination and escalation with external and internal groups to meet SLA.

Systematically monitor record and report changes of state identified as events in services and network components.

Identify customers issue clarify information research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

Management of endtoend restoration of incidents in reference to agreed SLA.

Provide accurate updates on the progress of the incident.

Qualifications & Experience:


Graduates / Postgraduates from IT background.

Has 02 years experience.

Requirements:


Excellent Oral and Written communication.

Understanding IT systems on a technical level

Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members.

Good organizational and communication skills and excellent attention to details.

Interact with individuals to provide needed information.

Able to handle multiple complex assignments simultaneously.

Ensures timely response to client and internal peers.
