- Leading and managing a small team of business analysts to deliver high-quality results
- Solution design, procurement and implementation of all aspects of the systems required by the various departments, including development, administration and day to day management
- Developing and implementing business analysis strategies and plans
- Ensuring that all business requirements are met during the implementation process
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Overseeing the management of project timelines and deliverables
