Technical Sales Engineer

Our Client in Lebanon is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join his growing team. In this role you will serve as a trusted technical consultant interfacing directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and pain points. By leveraging your strong technical expertise and customerfacing skills you will educate customers on our cuttingedge technology products and solutions and collaboratively design customized offerings to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provides customer pre/after sales technical support.
• Keeps the customers updated on latest technologies covered under our products and solutions portfolio.
• Provides technical solutions for customer/industry specific requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities with new customers/sectors and introduce new technologies
• Responsible for selection of products based on technical specifications and preparation of complete technical submittal documents (drawings datasheets etc...)
• Regularly visits customers to generate sales and follow up on submitted quotations.
• Provides technical support to other collaborators within the Division
• Participates & provides the needed support during technical conferences and exhibitions.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge: University degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

Competencies:

• Technical : Good command of English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of PLC Drives
• Behavioral: Good communication skills
