Systems Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Systems Analyst you will play a key role in analyzing designing and implementing IT systems to meet our business needs. Working closely with stakeholders across various departments you will ensure that our technology infrastructure supports our strategic goals and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems Analysis and Design:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement IT systems and solutions that address business needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate potential solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers network engineers and other IT professionals to design and implement systems.

Process Improvement:

• Evaluate existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement changes to enhance system performance and efficiency.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures and best practices for system use and maintenance.

Project Management:

• Plan and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor project progress manage risks and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Technical Support and Training:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications.
• Develop and deliver training programs for endusers to ensure effective use of IT systems.
• Maintain system documentation and provide ongoing support to users.

Data Management:

• Manage and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and security.
• Design and implement data backup and recovery solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights that support business decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI Excel SQL and others.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail with a focus on delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Solid understanding of business processes project management principles and industry best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Selfmotivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
