SuccessRoom is a rapidly expanding marketing agency with remarkable growth in just 9 months serving over 500 clients. Our dynamic team is passionate about innovation client success and continual improvement.

About the role:

We are seeking a Growth Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and expand our business.

Your primary objective is to drive the expansion of our business by developing key partnerships and business opportunities within the advertising space.

More specifically we are targeting brands that have issues with posting advertisements on Meta and would like to make them aware of our existence and the fact that we could help them.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development activities to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.
  • Generate and close business opportunities mostly via email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Oversee and manage the outreach and relationshipbuilding efforts to ensure the continuity of the companys exponential growth.
  • Design and implement innovative lead generation strategies to captivate and engage potential clients utilizing a mix of digital marketing techniques and analytics to optimize performance.
  • Spearhead the agencys market research efforts to identify emerging trends and opportunities ensuring the development of services and strategies that meet evolving client needs.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience within the advertising space.
  • Familiar with Meta ad accounts or meta ads.
  • Experience in growth and sales
  • Highly proactive and independent with a track record of driving initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial background with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Fluent in English language and sales
  • Disciplined embodying a dynamic and energetic approach to professional challenges.
