OverviewThe Data Entry Clerk Remote worker provides effective coordination by uploading service requests into the Hotel database. Communicates with IPA and Providers to ensure timely accessible care/ services to members. Reports directly to the Lead Coordinator under the guidance of the manager. The Data Entry Clerk adheres to MPM company policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to use office equipment such as computer terminal copier calculator fax machine multiextension telephone paging system and document scanner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Excel Word also Microsoft SAP experience is a plus.
- Must be a team player have strong customer service skills.
- Must be selfmotivated and have positive energy.
- Must also have good interpersonal and leadership skills and a willing positive attitude.
- Must be a constant contributor to improvement of processes and daily job functions.
- Subject to varying assignments including assisting other departments as needed.
- Prolonged extensive or considerable standing/walking at times
- Must be able to reach stoop bend or crouch to complete tasks.
- Manual dexterity and mobility
- Must be focused on the task at hand.
- Can be fast paced environment during busy seasons.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- 1year of experience in data entry
- Ability to type 45 words per minute (WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs especially Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
