Job Summary: As a Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in the design development and deployment of our software products. You will lead a team of developers work closely with crossfunctional teams and ensure the delivery of highquality software solutions that meet our clients needs. This position requires a blend of technical expertise leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and growing a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development testing and deployment of software applications.
• Oversee and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices and coding standards.
• Perform code reviews provide feedback and guide the team towards continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring the stability and performance of applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of product roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Lead Developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java Python C# or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React Angular Vue.js).
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
