Job Description:
As an Apptio Architect you will play a critical role in optimizing technology spending and maximizing the value of IT investments. Leveraging your expertise in the Apptio platform you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive financial transparency cost optimization and strategic decisionmaking across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Apptio Platform Management: Lead the design implementation and maintenance of the Apptio platform to ensure accurate and actionable insights into technology spend resource allocation and IT financial management.
Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling using Apptio to identify costsaving opportunities forecast future expenses and track IT expenditures against budgetary targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders finance teams and IT professionals to understand their requirements guide cost optimization strategies and present insights derived from the Apptio platform.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine IT financial management processes policies and procedures to enhance efficiency transparency and governance within the organization.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with IT investments including overspending underutilization of resources and compliance violations.
Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Apptio Administrator or Architect in a complex enterprise environment preferably within the financial services industry.
• Indepth knowledge of IT financial management principles practices and methodologies.
• Expertise in Apptios suite of products including Cost Transparency IT Planning and Business Insights.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data perform variance analysis and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in project management process improvement and vendor negotiation.
• Apptio certification(s) preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
