• Certifications: CSM (Scrum Alliance) certification and/or PMIACP certification active status. Required.
• IT process and methodology (agile scrum). Required. 7 yrs.
• Business analysis. Required. 5 yrs.
• Integration planning and strategy. Required. 7 yrs.
• Recently managed at least two full lifecycle agile development projects with project teams of > 10 members. Required. 7 yrs.
• Vendor management. Required. 7 yrs.
• COTS product implementation. Required. 7 yrs.
• Expert level knowledge of standard PM tools (MS Project Professional SharePoint. Required. 7 yrs.
• Welldeveloped communication skills oral written listening. Good analytical and negotiation skills and close attention to detail. ). Required. 7 yrs.
• Project Server/Project Online. Nice to have. 7 yrs.
• Familiar with state procurement process. Highly desired.
