Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data systems to improve our credit card business operations. They will utilize their comprehensive knowledge of the TSYS system credit card operations data mapping and CACS products to optimize our systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and interpret complex data systems using critical thinking skills to identify problems and create solutions.
2. Utilize a deep understanding of TSYS and credit card operations to optimize our systems and procedures.
3. Apply comprehensive knowledge of data mapping and CACS products to enhance our data handling and storage processes.
4. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all systems are functioning optimally and all data is accurate and up to date.
5. Use expert knowledge of collections and recovery processes to improve our credit card operations and customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and implement strategies for improving data quality system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Document requirements define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with specific experience in TSYS and credit card operations.
3. Strong knowledge of collections and recovery processes.
4. Experience with data mapping and CACS products.
5. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
