About the role:
At Mediatool we brew both coffee and mindblowing ideas! Our media planning software needs a creative savior who can blend usability with beauty making our competitions interfaces look outdated. Were looking for someone who creates highfidelity designs and unleashes creativity that could make even the most seasoned Dribbble designers take notes.

Key responsibilities:

• Design user flows that are intuitive and natural.
• Enhance our design process from wireframes to highfidelity UI/UX.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to bring features to life.
• Protect the developers from the horror of having to design anything ever again.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications.
• Sharp attention to detail able to distinguish subtle color differences.
• Proficiency in Figma ( Adobe Creative Suite & Visual Studio are a plus )
• Excellent communication skills able to convey ideas clearly.
• Strong knowledge of CSS and frontend development practices.
• Strong experience working with Design Systems

You wont be working alone. Our development team consists of over 25 skilled professionals including some experienced UX designers. Youll collaborate with:

• Ilija: Our UX Lead a multitalented designer adept in UX research and also a decent developer. Hes as proficient with design tools as he is with a fishing rod.
• Hanna: A Figma wizard master of wireframes and a design virtuoso. Her intuitive and stunning designs set a high bar for usability and aesthetics.
• Magnus: One of the founders of Mediatool our CPO and a meme aficionado. While his modern design skills might pale in comparison to Ilijas and Hannas he can pull off some seriously cool oldschool CSS tricks. Also an AI geek who always has the latest tech insights up his sleeve.
