Your Responsibilities:

As a Personal Injury Case Manager your duties will encompass a range of essential tasks including but not limited to: initiating and maintaining client communication procuring medical records coordinating medical appointments overseeing clients medical care file management event scheduling resolution of PD and loss of use issues liaising with MediCal and MediCare for lien resolution preparation of files for demand writers and ensuring overall excellence in client care.

Qualifications

What Were Seeking:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Comprehensive understanding of the injury claims process.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and its significance.
