Job Description:
This facility in San Antonio Texas is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with Emergency Medicine background to provide locum tenens coverage. Here are the details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Start Date: Immediate start ongoing for 12 shifts per month. Day and night schedules are available.
- Patient Volume: Standard Emergency Room procedures with an annual volume of 46000 patients.
- Specialized Pediatric ED: The Emergency Department is sensoryfriendly and equipped with 40 private rooms dedicated to pediatric care.
- Credentialing: The credentialing process takes 45 days or less.
- Experience Requirement: Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience listed on their CV.
Requirements:
- Texas State License
- DEA Certification
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
