Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Enumclaw WA 98002

Assignment Start Date: 5/15/2024

13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• New Grad is okay.
• SNF Experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of WA

EMR System: Experience preferred

Shift: MonFri Days

Vaccination: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date. Please note in the submittal if vaccinated or requiring a medical or religious exemption
