Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling journey in psychiatric nursing Were seeking a dedicated Psych RN to join our team at a facility in Douglas CO Nebraska. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse youll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our patients while working under the guidance of our Director of Nursing. Heres a glimpse of what youll be doing:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient observations.

Administer medications and monitor patient responses ensuring they understand their treatment regimens.

Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality in all interactions.

Provide education and support to patients families and staff regarding treatment plans and mental health issues.

Participate in quality improvement activities to continuously enhance our services.

Requirements:

Associates degree Diploma or BSN in nursing from an accredited college or university.

Current RN license in Nebraska or a compact state along with CPR first aid and CPI certification.

Previous nursing experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
