Job Description

POs and contracts through
the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Assign prioritize and escalate tickets to appropriate regional teams.
Maintain clear communication with endusers regarding the status of their tickets and
expected resolution times.
Ensure that all ServiceNow tickets are resolved in accordance with service level
agreements (SLAs).
Develop and implement ticket handling and escalation policies and procedures.
Generate and analyse ticket reports to identify trends recurring issues and areas for
improvement.
Collaborate with billing and CS teams to streamline processes and enhance the
efficiency of the ticket resolution workflow.
Train and support team members in the use of the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within the ServiceNow and Netsuite
system.
Participate in the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow and Netsuite platforms
including updates integrations and customizations.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to endusers.
Coordinate with IT team for system enhancement and changes required.
