Job Title: ETL Specialist HR/Payroll Data Migration

Location: Remote

Duration: Fulltime Salary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Specialist with expertise in HR/Payroll systems to join our team for a critical data migration project. Our client is transitioning HR/Payroll data from ADP to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as part of a company acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ADP HR systems data extraction and migration using ETL tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Extraction and Transformation: Extract HR/Payroll data from ADP systems and transform it for seamless integration into UKG.
  • ETL Process Management: Design develop and manage the ETL process to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.
  • Tool Selection and Implementation: Evaluate and recommend ETL tools for the migration process. Utilize ADPs ETL tools if available or propose and implement alternative solutions.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure the integrity and quality of the data throughout the migration process. Perform data validation and troubleshooting to resolve any issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the clients HR and IT teams to understand data requirements address challenges and ensure successful data migration.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of the ETL process including data mapping transformation rules and migration procedures.
  • PostMigration Support: Provide support postmigration to ensure data accuracy and resolve any issues that arise during the transition.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ADP HR Systems: Extensive experience with ADP HR and Payroll systems including data extraction and management.
  • ETL Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in ETL tools and technologies. Experience with ADPs ETL tools is a plus.
  • Data Migration Expertise: Proven experience in data migration projects particularly involving HR/Payroll systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in SQL data mapping and data transformation. Familiarity with UKG is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment managing time and tasks effectively.
