J2EE lead

Job Title: J2EE Lead

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing developing and implementing Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with project managers business analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and architect J2EE applications ensuring scalability performance and security.
• Conduct code reviews performance optimizations and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of highquality software solutions.
• Manage project timelines resources and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in J2EE technologies and best practices continuously improving team skills and processes.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Extensive experience in software development with a strong focus on Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE) technologies.
• Proven leadership experience including managing teams and projects providing technical guidance and driving project success.
• Indepth knowledge of J2EE technologies including Servlets JSP EJB JPA JMS JTA JNDI and JAAS.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum Kanban) or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members stakeholders and clients.
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN for managing source code changes collaboratively.
