Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. The client below is a home appliance manufacturing company and the worlds second largest appliance maker. It produces a variety of products intended for home consumers.
Position: People Services and Solutions Specialist
Location: Charlotte NC 28262
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Job Description:
  • Must have Workday experience
  • Must have Power BI experience (preferably building / manipulating reports in Power BI)
  • Must have high level experience in Excel
These are the requirements of the position:
  • Transactional/Administrative:
  • Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday and also in payroll/time and attendance system (Kronos/UKG)
Document Management:
  • Delivers digital and physical record and document management services within Workday
HR Reporting:
  • Provides support in HR functional reporting on weekly monthly quarterly and annual basis through development and maintenance of reports regarding HR metrics.
And the technical skill required for this role:
  • At least intermediate knowledge of the systems used in particular HR area:
  • Workday ServiceNOW UKG Pro and Kronos etc.
  • Proficiency Excel and PowerBI in line with the functional scope.
EXPERIENCE
  • Min 2 years of experience in similar domain
EDUCATION
  • Must have HS diploma or GED
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
  • Very good understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes for white and blue collars environment
  • Experience in execution of People Data Processes
  • Experience in application of various HR tools (Case Management HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Workday or equivalent tools
