Power Automate Desktop/Cloud Flow senior Tech Lead/Architect.
Lead the design development and deployment of complex automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows
Proven experience in leading and delivering automation projects from concept to production
Indepth knowledge of Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flows including UI automation data manipulation and integration capabilities
Experience with scripting languages (e.g. VBA PowerShell) is a plus
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Passion for automation and continuous process improvement
Develop and maintain robust reusable and scalable automation workflows
Integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications using connectors and APIs
Implement best practices for error handling logging and security within automation solutions
Document and maintain clear and concise technical documentation
Lead and mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance and expertise
Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Power Automate Desktop Cloud Flows and RPA best practices
Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams (business analysts developers operations) to ensure successful automation implementation
