Job Description:

Amigo Workforce a temporary employment agency based in Toronto Canada is seeking experienced concrete finishers for our clients in various areas of the GTA and Niagara Falls. If you have over 2 years of experience in this role and are able to work effectively in a team this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: and nbsp;Prepare work areas for concrete placement including formwork and leveling.
• Concrete Placement and Finishing: and nbsp;Pour spread and smooth concrete for various applications such as floors sidewalks and structures.
• Quality Control: and nbsp;Ensure concrete surfaces are level and free of defects.
• Tool Maintenance: and nbsp;Properly use and maintain tools and equipment necessary for concrete finishing.
• Blueprint Reading: and nbsp;Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure precise finishing.
• Team Collaboration: and nbsp;Work effectively with other team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

• Experience: and nbsp;Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a concrete finisher.
• Technical Skills: and nbsp;Advanced knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tool use.
• Physical Condition: and nbsp;Ability to perform heavy physical work and stand for long periods.
• Teamwork: and nbsp;Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Availability: and nbsp;Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.
• Languages: and nbsp;Basic knowledge of English; Spanish is an advantage.
