Amigo Workforce a temporary employment agency based in Toronto Canada is looking for an experienced manager for a small hotel or motel for our clients in Muskoka. Accommodation is included. If you have over 2 years of experience in hotel management excellent customer service skills and a teamoriented mindset this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• General Management: and nbsp;Oversee the daily operations of the hotel or motel ensuring highquality service.
• Customer Service: and nbsp;Provide exceptional service to guests handling reservations checkins and checkouts.
• Staff Coordination: and nbsp;Supervise and coordinate the staff to ensure an efficient and harmonious work environment.
• Facility Maintenance: and nbsp;Ensure that all areas of the hotel or motel are clean and wellmaintained.
• Inventory Management: and nbsp;Control supplies and materials needed for the operation of the establishment.
• Problem Resolution: and nbsp;Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from guests efficiently and professionally.
• Administrative Reporting: and nbsp;Maintain accurate records and prepare administrative reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: and nbsp;Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing small hotels or motels.
• Customer Service Skills: and nbsp;Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide highquality customer service.
• Teamwork: and nbsp;Ability to work effectively with hotel or motel staff.
• Administrative Skills: and nbsp;Knowledge of inventory management facility maintenance and report preparation.
• Availability: and nbsp;Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Languages: and nbsp;Basic knowledge of English; Spanish is an advantage.
